A Bolder Me Program is a multi-week journey empowering women to overcome challenging life circumstances. It covers three key phases: Emotional Intelligence (releasing barriers), Confidence Building (nurturing self-belief), and Courage Activation (stepping boldly into purpose). Weekly activities include trust exercises, journaling, affirmations, and community support, with elements like legacy letters, gratitude practice, and guest speakers.
